Solar PV and battery storage
Roof and ground-mount arrays from 4 kWp to 50 kWp, hybrid inverters, batteries, monitoring. DNO application and MCS paperwork handled.
Loxone smart home
Lighting, heating, blinds and access on one system. New builds, retrofits, and rescuing half-finished panels. Every terminal numbered.
Fire alarm and emergency lighting
Addressable systems for flats and commercial buildings, commissioned to BS 5839-1 with periodic inspection certificates.
Door entry and access control
Video door entry, fob access and maglocks for blocks and housing associations, installed in occupied buildings.
Consumer unit replacement and EICR
RCBO boards with surge protection, plus condition reports for landlords and sales.
Full and partial rewiring
Houses and flats, staged around your renovation so the plasterer is not waiting on us.
Lighting design and installation
Interior and exterior lighting, dimming that does not flicker, LED drivers sized to last.
Emergency electrician
Tripping boards, burning smells, partial power loss. Same-day across London where we can, an honest answer when we cannot.

Survey
A site visit, or photos and plans for smaller jobs. We check the supply, the existing installation and what the building will let us do.
Fixed quote
Itemised, with named equipment, so you can compare it line by line. Valid for 30 days.
Install
Tidy work in occupied homes and blocks. Boards labelled, cables identified, nothing left for the next electrician to guess.
Certificate
Installation certificate or Minor Works, Building Control notified under Part P, handover documents by email.

Questions we get asked
Are you NICEIC registered?
Yes. Yasapo Engineering Ltd is an NICEIC-registered contractor, which means our work is assessed annually and we can self-certify under Part P. You can check us on the NICEIC “Find a contractor” register.
Do I get a certificate?
Every job that needs one gets one: an Electrical Installation Certificate for new circuits and boards, a Minor Works Certificate for smaller changes, and an EICR for condition reports. Certificates are sent by email within a few days of completion.
Can you work in an occupied block of flats?
Yes, most of our door entry and fire alarm work is in occupied buildings for housing associations. We plan power-downs, notify residents and never leave a door insecure overnight.
Do you program Loxone as well as wire it?
Both. We design the panel, build it on DIN rail with every terminal numbered, and program the Miniserver. If you prefer to do the programming yourself, we hand over a clean, documented panel.
How quickly can you quote?
Small jobs are usually quoted from photos the same day. Anything needing a survey is quoted within two working days of the visit.
